Margrave Construction is owned by Michael Margrave and John Laboy, both born and raised in the Redding area. Our family has built in the North State for more than 30 years, and that multi-generational building background is the foundation of how we work today.

From local exterior and structural projects to high-end spec home construction on the Southern California coast, our experience has always come back to the same thing: build it right, stay close to the work, and take pride in the result.

Today we focus that experience on three things our region needs: fire hardening, electrical and backup power, and defensible space. We hold both a B General Building license and a C-10 Electrical license, which means the structure, the electrical system and the site can be handled by one accountable team.
