Our family has been building and developing properties in Redding for decades. The legacy of excellence, backed by top notch customer service is now being performed by Michael Margrave.  Michael was born and raised in Redding, and raises his family here. Aside from Redding, he has designed homes, built, and remodeled in some of California and Oregon's most challenging markets. (See gallery)
